Projects I took part in production or maybe just cool cameos related to Science and Environmental Education
IA: Incubadora Ambiental
This is an introduction about the idea behind a start-up I co-created in partnership with M.Sc. Kelly Rodrigues. As Bachelors in Interdisciplinary Studies, we proposed to create an intellectual hub for environmental ideas, connecting the ideas with professionals in the area.
IA: 1# Ponto Quê? The Dunes of Concón
How does dune sand feel like? Here we show a bit of how temperature varies on the dune's surface. This was recorded in Concon Dunes, in Chile, where I took an Ocean Governance training.
IA: 2# Ponto Quê? Human occupation on a Dunal system
Second part of the vlog, we talk about how urbanisation affected the Dunes of Concón.
Uni Glasgow Sci-comm activity
This video was a subject task to tell a story of an article through the form of a video. My group chose to make a CSI parody, where we investigate what killed the grenadier fish on the (real) deep sea. Spoiler: pressure and stress, just like the pandemic.
Subtitling - ENG, BR-PT
Here is a list of video subtitling, translations (EN>BR-PT) and transcriptions I did for TED and TEDx. As a mentee of TED Translators Mentoring Program, I'm happy to talk about the program if you are interested in volunteering as well.
